McDonald's "Beef Stew Pie"

McDonald's stores nationwide will release a limited-time side menu "Beef Stew Pie" perfect for winter on Wednesday, December 7 (except some stores), and will be available until early January 2023.

McDonald's has offered "Hot Apple Pie" as a regular menu item since its establishment, as well as a variety of sweet and meal pies with a rich flavor and crunchy texture for a limited time.

The "Beef Stew Pie" was introduced in 2021 as the first new meal pie in six years. The pie was so well received by customers that it is being introduced again this year in hopes of warming up cold bodies with the warm, melt-in-your-mouth stew.


The beef stew is made by slowly simmering beef, potatoes, carrots, and other vegetables to extract their flavor, then adding fond de veau to add richness and depth. It can be enjoyed in various occasions throughout the day, such as as a warming morning dish on a cold winter morning, a side dish at lunch or dinner time, or as a snack when you are hungry.

The price in stores is 200 yen including tax (different in some stores). Price differs for delivery.
