Launch Three Products Using Ingredients Produced in Niigata Prefecture

LAWSON will begin selling three products at LAWSON stores in the Kanto and Koshinetsu regions on November 15: cream puffs made with Le Leche pears and rice flour produced in Niigata Prefecture, and a souffle bread made with rice flour and milk produced in Niigata Prefecture.

UC Twin Choux (Le Leche Cream & Whip)

: Le Leche cream puffs made with a mixture of Le Leche cream and whipped cream, which is a mixture of cream and sauce with juice from Le Leche, a pear produced in Niigata Prefecture with a sweet, melt-in-your-mouth texture and a mellow aroma, in a puff pastry made from a blend of rice flour produced in Niigata Prefecture.


The price is 167 yen (tax included). It will go on sale on November 15.

Mochi Texture Souffle Sandwich (made with Niigata

rice flour): Whipped cream made with milk from Niigata Prefecture is sandwiched between two pieces of souffle pastry made with rice flour from Niigata Prefecture.


The price is 215 yen. The product will go on sale on November 22.

Mochi-Shokkan Bread (made with Niigata

rice flour): A sticky, chewy bread made with Niigata rice flour, sandwiched with whipped cream made with milk from Niigata Prefecture.


The price is 160 yen. The product will go on sale on November 22.

: Lawson stores in Kanto Koshinetsu (Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Niigata, Yamanashi, and Nagano prefectures).
