Black Fair" at

LAWSON ST

ORE100 "Black Fair" will be held at LAWSON STORE100. A total of five originally developed black products, including ikasumi rice balls and black melon bread, will go on sale on November 23.

Ikasumi On

igiri: Rice balls cooked in a sauce based on squid ink and butter with the flavor of Yaizu bonito stock and the refreshing aroma of wine.


Priced at 108 yen (tax included).

Black Curry Rice:

Black curry with a sauce containing squid ink, which gives the rice a pungent, spicy flavor. It also has a rich taste of seafood such as shrimp and crab.

Melon Pan Black melon pan made with black cocoa. Inside is a chocolate chip and whipped cream sandwich.

Higashimurayama Kuroyakisoba

bread Yakisoba bread sandwiching "Kuroyakisoba" (black yakisoba), a local specialty of Higashimurayama City, Tokyo. The noodles are stir-fried in a black sauce made from squid ink.

Cake Black roll cake made with black cocoa. The moist, cocoa-flavored sponge cake is filled with whipped cream and whipped cream with a hint of bitterness from the black cocoa.
