Kyushu's natural miracle mackerel salted and seared. They will be available from November 22 to December 12. Each is priced at 330 yen for two pieces.
The miraculous mackerel is shallow-fished the same day it is landed, leaving the beautiful, clear flesh and the natural mackerel's original flavor in the center. It is served at Kappa Sushi restaurants after being cut and prepared with a decorative knife by hand. The deep flavor of Fukuyama vinegar brings out the natural mackerel flavor.
