Sukiyaki-NabeSet Gyu Sukiyaki-Nabe Set has been sold every winter since 2013, and is a popular standard menu item with a cumulative total of approximately 80 million servings sold (total sales of Gyu Sukiyaki-Nabe Set and Gyu Sukiyaki-Nabe Set).
The "Gyu-sukiyaki-zen" consists of a large portion of beef sukiyaki meat, vegetables (Chinese cabbage, green onion, pea shoots, carrot, and soybean sprouts), tofu, and noodles simmered in a special sukiyaki sauce, egg, rice, and pickles, and served in a set meal. As in the "Gyu-don" (beef bowl), grain-fed beef is used for the beef sukiyaki in the pot. It is characterized by a good balance of lean and fatty meat.
The aroma of the nabe is pleasant from the time it is served, and the sight of the nabe simmering in front of you on the stove over the fire is very appetizing. The special sukiyaki sauce is made by adding beef extract filled with the umami and flavor of beef in addition to soup stock made from kombu (kelp) and shiitake mushrooms. The deep beef flavor permeates the entire pot, so each ingredient contains plenty of beef flavor.
The price is 767 yen for a standard serving and 877 yen for a large serving. It will go on sale on October 20.

storage type Gyudon Gyudon FixturesWe spent about five years developing room-temperature retort Gyudon in response to many requests from those who do not have freezer space, those outside the cool delivery area, and those in outdoor situations where frozen Gyudon ingredients cannot be cooked.
Generally, retort processing involves cooking under pressure at high temperatures, which significantly changes the taste, texture, and aroma of the ingredients. However, Yoshinoya has devised a way to keep the taste, texture, and aroma intact by adding special pre-processing before retort processing.
By utilizing the knowledge of beef cultivated through its long history and the latest technology, Yoshinoya has created a beef bowl filling that focuses on the texture of the meat.
The product will go on sale on October 7. The lineup is as follows
