Mont Blanc cake with a festive, Christmas-like flavor. The sponge is sandwiched between whipped cream filled with marrons and topped with two kinds of chestnuts.

Christmas Chocolate Cake (No.5)
A Christmas cake with a fluffy sponge sandwiched between chocolate whipped cream made with Belgian chocolate and topped with a two-colored cream. You can enjoy the smooth taste of chocolate and the moderate bitterness of cocoa powder.

The most popular Christmas cake every year. It comes in an assortment of 8 different cakes that do not need to be cut.
Each cake has the following characteristics
Orange Tea
The cake is layered with black tea sponge, orange whipped cream and orange gelée.
Matcha green tea
Matcha whipped cream and whipped cream with the flavor of Uji matcha tea are sandwiched between two layers of sponge and garnished with kanoko-mame (green soybeans).
Chocolat glacé
Chocolate mousse with the richness of cocoa. The cocoa glaze gives it a glossy finish.
Marron
A layer of whipped cream and sponge filled with marrons, and a squeeze of richly sweet marron bean paste.
