The light sponge baked with fresh eggs from a contract farm is filled with fresh Hokkaido cream and strawberries. The price is 3,780 yen (including tax, the same below) for the whole piece, which is 14 cm in diameter. The size is 14 cm and will be available from December 16 to December 25.

Noel Premium Chocolat

Noel Premium Chocolat is a rich cake for chocolate lovers. A cocoa sponge made with fresh eggs from a contract farm sandwiches a generous amount of chocolate cream made with pure fresh cream from Hokkaido, freshly squeezed milk from the Yatsugatake Plateau, and couverture chocolate with its characteristic savory flavor and soft acidity. It is finished with a glassage chocolat and surrounded by bright chocolate. Price: 3,888 yen. Available from December 1 to December 25.

Noel Blanche

Noel Blanche" is a cheesecake with the image of a white Christmas and filled with the bounties of nature in Yatsugatake. The crispy fiancée is covered with white chocolate and filled with a mousse of Hokkaido cream cheese and Yatsugatake honey, with honey jelly inside. The sourness of the blueberry confiture accents the flavor. The price is 4,104 yen. Available from December 1 to December 25.

Noel Marjolaine" is a moist biscuit sandwiched between custard crème, praline cream, and ganache. The ganache is made from agroforestry (an environmentally friendly approach in which forests are managed while crops are cultivated) chocolate. The price is 918 yen. Noel Frelage

Noel Flèrouge" is a cake with strawberry jelly and yuzu cream made with Yamanashi yuzu juice, wrapped in strawberry mousse made with pure fresh cream from Hokkaido and freshly squeezed milk from Yatsugatake Kogen Farm. The cake is covered with a glossy red glaze to give it a beautiful Christmas look. The price is 518 yen. Available from December 1 to December 25.

Noel Pistachio

Noel Pistachio" is a Christmas-colored cake with a fun texture. Pistachio bavaroa made with pure fresh cream from Hokkaido and freshly squeezed milk from the Yatsugatake plateau is filled with cocoa sponge soaked in kirsch syrup and topped with savory nuts and fresh dried fruits. The price is 594 yen. Available from December 1 to December 25.

Noel Strawberry Shortcake

Noel Strawberry Shortcake is a simple, classic Xmas shortcake. Fresh domestic strawberries and melt-in-your-mouth Hokkaido pure fresh cream are sandwiched between a richly flavored sponge baked with fresh eggs from a contract farm. The price is 626 yen for the whole cake. Size: 6 cm x 6 cm; available from December 16 to December 25.
