Cream puff specialty store Beard Papa will launch a new cream puff "Baked Sweet Potato Puff" on November 1. It will be available only at five stores nationwide (Wing Shinbashi store in Tokyo, Meitetsu Sun Road store in Aichi Prefecture, Etre Toyonaka store in Osaka Prefecture, Kobe Harborland umie store in Hyogo Prefecture, and Hankyu Tsukaguchi store).

The new cream puff "Baked Sweet Potato Puff" is based on the original crispy texture puff dough created by the encrusting and baking technology that Beard Papa has cultivated over the years. The sweet potato is carefully baked twice in the oven in the store. The cream puff and the sweet potato are two familiar sweets, but they are presented as a new and unprecedented sweet with three different textures: crispy, chewy, and moist, all at the same time. Naruto Kintoki, the king of sweet potatoes, is used.


The price is 280 yen (including tax), and it will be available only from November 1 to 30.
