Hamazushi is holding the "Hamazushi's Big Neduta Festival" for the second time, featuring carefully selected ingredients in "big slices" and "extra-large portions". This year's second installment features "Ookiri Maguro Harami," which only a few percent of a single piece of tuna can yield, "Sanriku Ookiri Gin Salmon," which is rich in fat, "Yamasumi Kama-age Shiroebi Tsutsumi," which is a pile of elegantly sweet white shrimp, "Salmon Kabosu Oroshi," which is served with grated radish and kabosu from Oita Prefecture that is in season during the fall, "Torobin and "Torobin Torobin Kabosu Oroshi" with grated daikon and kabosu produced in Oita Prefecture.
