This decoration cake is lavishly decorated with colorful fruits. The sponge is sandwiched between Niigata-produced Le Leche syrup and fresh strawberries, and topped with Niigata-produced Le Leche syrup and colorful fresh fruits. The 14cm size is priced at 2,600 yen and the 17cm size at 3,400 yen (excluding tax).

Strawberry Soufflé Cheese Decoration

A refreshing, melt-in-your-mouth soufflé cheese sandwich with gently sweet whipped cream is topped with a sweet and sour strawberry sauce. The 14 cm cake is priced at 2,100 yen and available only from September to November.

Chocolat Marron Cube Decoration

A moist cocoa sponge sandwiched between whipped cream with shaved chocolate and decorated with astringent chestnuts and sweetened yellow chestnuts and chocolate, this chic decorated cake evokes the arrival of autumn. Priced at 1,800 yen, the cake is available only from September to November.
