Mt. Yamamoto x Eitaro Sohonmoto "Hojicha Latte" and "Hojicha Soft".

The collaboration menu "Hojicha Latte" and "Hojicha Soft" will be available at Eitanro Sohon Shiki's Nihonbashi main store and Nihonbashi E-Chaya from October 18.

Hojicha Latte

Domestic hojicha tea from Yamamotoyama, a long-established Japanese tea shop, is used. Eitaro's original hojicha honey, which is a combination of roasted hojicha with a strong and aromatic flavor, and honey candy Arihirasugar, which is simple and never boring, and Hokkaido Nekushiro milk, which is both refreshing and rich, are combined. The aroma and flavor of hojicha tea spreads softly on a mild taste in the mouth.

Yamamotozan

Founded in 1690 by Kahei Yamamoto I in Nihonbashi. Known as Japan's oldest sencha (green tea) merchant, this long-established company has continued to innovate while preserving tradition for over 330 years, including the invention of gyokuro in 1835 and the sale of nori (seaweed) and the development of overseas markets in the postwar years. Today, it continues to offer a new style of carefully selected teas from all over Japan and its specialty laver.
