Sakiyoken will once again introduce " Yokohama Pineapple Cake Brown Sugar" featuring moist dough and deep brown sugar flavor. The moist dough and deep brown sugar flavor will be available at approximately 160 stores in Kanagawa and Tokyo from October 14. The price is 170 yen per piece (tax included), or 1,020 yen for a set of six.

This sweet was created as part of the "Chimu-Dotsu" Yokohama Tsurumi Project and sold from July 1 to the end of September, 2022, the 50th anniversary of Okinawa's return to mainland Japan. Due to the popularity of the product, it was decided to offer it again as a year-round item with new packaging.
It is said to be Sakiyoken's original pineapple cake with rich pineapple jam wrapped in brown sugar and butter kneaded into the dough and baked. The moist texture of the dough, the deep taste of brown sugar, and the pineapple flavor that spreads in the mouth can be enjoyed. The best-before date is 61 days including the date of manufacture.
