Sebastien Bouillet will be offering "Shortcake Noel", "Noel Odéon", "Sapin de Noel Rouge", and "Buche de Noel Pistache" as Christmas cakes. Reservations can be made in-store, and from December 22 to December 25, cakes will also be available for same-day sales.

Shortcake Noel

Shortcake Noel" is considered to be the royal Christmas cake of strawberries and Chantilly, which can only be found at Sébastien Bouillet at Christmas. It is said that fresh strawberries are wrapped between the smooth Chantilly and fine, moist sponge. The cake is playfully decorated with chocolate decorations and pistachios.

The price is 4,860 yen for the size 4, which measures 12 cm in diameter and 5 cm in height and is suitable for 2 to 4 people (tax included, the same below). The size 5 cake, which measures 15 cm in diameter and 5 cm in height and is suitable for 4 to 6 people, is priced at 5,616 yen.

Noel Odeon

Noel Odéon is a Christmas version of the popular Odéon cake from Lyon, France, made with two types of chocolate mousse, vanilla cream, and dacquoise pastry. A chocolate Christmas ball is placed on top of the glossy glaze for a festive finish. The cake is said to be filled with chocolatier Sébastien Bouillet's passion for chocolates. The price is 4,644 yen for a size 4 cake with a diameter of 12 cm and a height of 5 cm.

Sapin de Noel Rouge

Sapin de Noel Rouge is a Christmas red cake with layers of confiture made from several kinds of berries and two kinds of cream. The chocolate decoration is layered with cacao nib crisps, chocolate dough, four kinds of berry confiture, four kinds of berry cream, and three kinds of berry milk chocolate cream. The light texture of the cacao nib crisps and thin chocolate sheets is also a feature. The cross section when cut is also said to be enjoyable. The product measures 10 cm in diameter and 8 cm in height, and is priced at 3,780 yen.

Bûche de Noël Pistache

Buche de Noel Pistache" is a Buche de Noel made with pistachios, the queen of nuts. The pistachio mousse is filled with praline cream and orange confiture, creating a layering of diverse flavors. The nutty flavor of the homemade roasted pistachio paste and praline cream is accented by the refreshing orange confiture. Measuring 8 x 8.5 cm and 7 cm in height, it is priced at 3,780 yen.
