Custard Pie with Red Haru and Fuji Apples from Shizuoka Prefecture

A pie plate is filled with homemade custard and Fuji apples, topped with cream of Shizuoka red apple and baked to a golden brown. The sourness of the apple enhances the sweetness of the sweet potato, making this an autumn product. The size is 95 mm (length) x 45 mm (height) and the price is 440 yen.
