Chinese Soba Kotohira-so and Chinese Soba Kotohira-so Chashu-men are now available from Raamen Kagetsu Arashi, and will be available starting October 5.
Chuka Soba Kotohirasou is a collaboration with Yamagata Prefecture's Kotohirasou ramen restaurant. Kotohirasou was originally a ryokan (Japanese-style inn), but during the off-season in winter, they started a ramen store, which became very popular.
The super high-moisture noodles, made by the owner of Kotohirasou, Jun Kakegami, are used and combined with a light broth that gives the noodles a sense of unity. Exclusive toppings "Kotohirasou nori" and "Kotohirasou menma" are placed on top, and exclusive pork is used to enhance the flavor of the noodles and broth and to increase the appetite. The price is 960 yen (tax included).
Chuka-Soba Kotohirasou Chashu-Men
The "Chuka-Soba Kotohirasou Chashu-Men" will also be available. The price will be 1,160 yen.
Sales will end as soon as all the noodles are sold out. The menu composition, presentation, and selling price may differ depending on the store. For details, please check with each store individually.
