Toraya will be introducing a series of rice-based fresh confections: "Sotora-made 'Autumn Sunshine'", "Mochi-made 'Sachi Smile'", "Sotora-made 'First Frost'", and "Oshimono-made 'Evening Snowstorm'". They will be sold exclusively at Toraya Tokyo Midtown Store in connection with the rice-themed exhibition "Rice and Wagashi" currently being held at the Toraya Tokyo Midtown Store Gallery.

Sotora-made "Autumn sunset

Uiyo's "Akibiyori" will be on sale until October 15. The price is 540 yen per piece (tax included, same below).

Sachi Smile" made of rice cake

Sachiemi" is available from October 16 to 31. The price is 540 yen per piece.

Sotora-made "Hatsufuro" (first frost)

Hatsushimo" will be available from November 1 to 15. The price is 540 yen per piece.

This fresh confectionery uses both shinko, made from Uruchi rice, and shinbikiko, made from glutinous rice, and a video of the craftsmen making the confectionery will be shown.

Oshimono "Yuubuki" (evening snowstorm)

Oshimono "Yufubuki" will be available from November 16 to 30. The price is 540 yen per piece.
