Sable à Tartines is an original "lacquered sable paste" made with the popular baked pastry "Sable Essiree".

The sablé écilets used are those that have been cracked or broken during the production process and can no longer be sold. The sablé paste was created through a process of trial and error, with the desire to make the most of these carefully baked sablé pastes and the passion to offer customers a new taste experience.

The slightly hard texture is tasty when spread on freshly baked bread, making it a perfect match for toast. The texture of the sable on the tongue, the deep richness of butter, and the gentle sweetness of honey and condensed milk will spread in your mouth.
