Nenrin-ke, a baumkuchen specialty store, is accepting mail-order reservations for its fall-only "Mont Blanc Decoré"; sales will begin in stores on October 1. The product will be available in stores until October 31. The price is 1,404 yen (tax included).

Nenrin-ke Mont Blanc Decoré

Mount Balm Mont Blanc Decoré" is Nenrin-ke's autumn staple "Mount Balm Mont Blanc" with a bold, thick layer of marron-flavored chocolate poured over it. Two types of Italian marrons are kneaded into the dough, and Madagascar vanilla is melted into the dough to give it the rich aroma and richness of Mont Blanc. The "marron-flavored chocolate" is then poured over the top of the vanilla. You can enjoy the mild flavor and aroma of chestnuts to your heart's content. To finish, a line of milk chocolate flavor reminiscent of Mont Blanc cake is used to decorate the cake in autumn colors. It is a special treat for yourself or a gift for a loved one.
