Black Mont Blanc turned into Curry

Miyajima Soy Sauce "Black Mont Blanc is now curry."

Miyajima Soy Sauce has been a manufacturer of various seasonings and processed foods since its establishment of a soy sauce brewery in Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture in 1882. This time, the company collaborated with Takeshita Seika of Ogi City, Saga Prefecture, which manufactures "Black Mont Blanc," a well-known local ice cream in Kyushu.

Black Mont Blanc is characterized by the combination of crunchy texture crunch and chocolate with light vanilla ice cream, and has been a long seller in Kyushu since it was launched in 1969. The curry is inspired by the taste of vanilla ice cream, and is served with white rice and a crunchy texture familiar from Black Mont Blanc. It has a shelf life of one year.
