Yukimi Dakufu Takumi no Mitarashi, supervised by Kikunoi Mugezanbo, is the first product created in collaboration with Mugezanbo, a café owned by Yoshihiro Murata of Kikunoi, a long-established Japanese restaurant in Kyoto that has been awarded three Michelin stars for 13 consecutive years.

Under the supervision of Mr. Murata, a master of Japanese cuisine, this special "Yukimi-dappu" consists of "Mitarashi Sauce" wrapped in "Vanilla Ice Cream" and "Soft Mochi" made of thick rice cake. The "Mitarashi Sauce" is made with ginger and molasses to give it a rich and deep flavor.

The "Yukimi Dakkappu Takumi no Mitarashi Sauce" supervised by Kikunoi Muzanbou will be priced at 205 yen (tax included). The contents are 94 ml (47 ml x 2). The product is designated as "Iced Milk.
