A series of Halloween sweets featuring pumpkins and obake (ghosts) will go on sale at Fujiya confectionery stores from October 14.

Oven-baked Double Cream Puff (Pumpkin)

A sweet consisting of a cut sponge in an oven-baked puff case and a rich pumpkin cream made with custard and condensed milk, and a squeeze of premium chanterelles cream. Chocolate attachments with Halloween motifs create a fun Halloween experience. Three types of chocolate attachments will go on sale on October 14. Priced at 380 yen (tax included, same below).

Mischievous cat mixed up domestic mixed berry cake

A chocolate cream and mixed berry cream with a delightful crunchy texture are sandwiched between cocoa sponge. The sweet and sour mixed berry sauce is added as an accent. The top is finished with a chocolate glaze and topped with a chocolate attachment with a black cat motif. The sweet and sour berries enhance the flavor of the chocolate. Three types of black cat chocolate attachments will go on sale on October 14. The price is 440 yen.

Mummy Mont Blanc

A cocoa sponge filled with strawberry sauce and strawberry cream, and finished with milk cream. It is decorated with bat-shaped chocolate and the mummy's wounds are expressed by the Amaou strawberry filling. The sweet and sour taste of strawberries matches the gentle taste of milk. The price is 440 yen.

Halloween Party

Cocoa sponge roll cake rolled with whipped cream. It is covered with chocolate glaze, grape flavored mousse and decorated with strawberry whipped topping. The cake is decorated with bats and star-shaped chocolate decorations to create a Halloween night scene. Price: 540 yen.

Ghost Pumpkin Baked Pudding

Pumpkin pudding squeezed with premium chantilly cream and topped with pumpkin seeds. Bittersweet caramel sauce and pumpkin pudding are a perfect match. The jack-o-lantern cup can be used as a small container. Price: 390 yen.

Black Candle Shortcake

A shortcake that looks like a suspiciously lit candle on Halloween night. Cocoa sponge is layered with bitter chocolate cream and light vanilla-scented custard cream. The texture of the chocolate crunch is an accent. Price: 480 yen.
