LAWSON will sell two new sweets: a "rich raw cheese cake" with a rich flavor and melt-in-your-mouth texture, and a "dense canele" with a crispy outside and a chunky inside.
Thick Raw Cheese CakeMade with Danish cream cheese, which is rich in milk flavor and smooth in the mouth, and Australian cream cheese, which is creamy and rich, the cake is made with a combination of two types of cream cheese, Hokkaido cream, milk, and sour cream, and baked slowly at a low temperature in a hot water bath. The cheesecake is rich, yet melt-in-your-mouth smooth. Three types of citrus fruits (hyuganatsu, iyokan, and lime) are added as a secret ingredient to give it a subtle sour taste and a refreshing aftertaste.
