Sugakiya will introduce "Sweet Potato Cream", "Soupless Tantanmen", and "Dark Flavor Sugakiya Ramen" as its autumn menu.

Soupless Tantanmen

The "Shirunashi Tantanmen" consists of flat, medium-thick noodles with a sticky texture, topped with a special sauce based on golden sesame seeds and a special oil with a hint of huajiaoyang (Chinese pepper). The dish is said to have a pleasantly spicy flavor and the texture of the ingredients are enjoyable when mixed together. The price is 550 yen (tax included).

Dark Taste Sugakiya Ramen

The "Koukou Aji Sugakiya Ramen" is a reintroduction of the past "Koukou Aji" menu item with a thicker tonkotsu (pork bone broth) flavor. The traditional Japanese-style tonkotsu broth has been retained, but the richness of the broth is enhanced by the depth of the Japanese dashi broth. The price is 520 yen.

Sweet Potato Cream

Sweet Potato Cream" is made with 30% of sweet potatoes made from Anno sweet potatoes, which have a concentrated sweetness. The warm sweet potato is combined with Sugakiya soft serve ice cream. It is considered to be a satisfying dessert combined with the rich black sweet potato. The price is 380 yen.
