The fourth product in the Yawamochi Ice Cream series, which concludes the 10th anniversary project, is the first parfait ice cream in the "Yawamochi Ice Cream Series. The popular strawberry daifuku, one of the most popular Japanese sweets, is arranged in a parfait style with a special flavor.

The six-layered cake batter with a hint of butter, strawberry sauce containing 22% strawberry juice and pulp, condensed milk ice cream, Imuraya's own koshian (sweet bean paste), soft pink mochi, and strawberry pulp, gives the impression of a genuine Japanese parfait from a specialty store. The package features a transparent window on the side of the cup to show the layered structure and a gorgeous design.

Yawamochi's characteristic mochi is flavored with strawberry brandy to create a sense of unity with the whole (alcohol content is less than 0.1%). The pale pink mochi and strawberry pulp on the top give it a gorgeous color.

The condensed milk ice cream is made with condensed milk and fresh cream from Hokkaido, giving it a rich yet refreshing aftertaste. The cake batter is made with Hokkaido butter and white bean paste to make it moist and soft even when frozen.
