Fruit tart specialty store Quilfévon will begin accepting reservations for its "Christmas Cake 2022" on October 5. This year's lineup includes four types of Christmas cakes.

～Tarte Premiere: Christmas Tree Tart

A gorgeous Christmas tree tart decorated with strawberries and pine muscats. Slowly baked almond cream flavored with salted caramel is layered with vanilla mousse. Original ornaments and gold cereal on the fruit-filled Christmas tree make it a special Christmas treat. Priced at 7,236 yen for 4-5 persons (W19cm x D19cm) and 13,176 yen for 8-10 persons (W26cm x D25.5cm) (tax included, same below).

Colorful Fruit Lees Tart

A Christmas wreath fruit tart in the shape of a "circle," meaning eternity. The smooth white chocolate custard is topped with a rich and colorful fruit topping. The fruit wreath tart and snowflake ornaments create a festive atmosphere. Prices are 5,076 yen for 2-3 persons (15cm), 6,156 yen for 3-4 persons (17cm), and 8,100 yen for 7-8 persons (21cm).

Strawberry Tart with "Rougarre" Cream Cheese from Brittany

This tart combines the smooth texture of "Le Gard" cream cheese mousse with strawberries and is decorated with snowflake ornaments. The snowflake-inspired cream and red fruits, mainly strawberries, are perfect for a festive Christmas. Priced at 5,184 yen for 2-3 persons (15cm) and 7,344 yen for 5-6 persons (19cm).

Strawberry and Chocolate Cream Tart

Smooth milk chocolate cream layered with homemade strawberry jam and generously decorated with strawberries. Snowflake ornaments and pure white powdered sugar, reminiscent of snow, add color to the holy Christmas season. Priced at 4,860 yen for 2-3 persons (15cm) and 7,344 yen for 5-6 persons (19cm).
