The new "Shibuhaki Chestnut Mont-Blanc" is a strawbaked rice cake covered with kinako (soybean flour) and thick soybean flour, topped with a generous amount of chestnut red bean paste, and sprinkled with sweetened chestnuts that look like Mont Blanc. The homemade chestnut red bean paste is made with the gentle sweetness of chestnuts and butter added as a hidden flavor, making it rich and full of flavor. It is a perfect match for the thick strawbaked rice cake and fragrant soybean flour, allowing you to enjoy the seasonal flavor. The small size is 830 yen, and the medium size is 1,510 yen (tax included). Available from September 14 to December 6.
Drinking Warabimochi Mont Blanc Latte
Also on sale at the same time is the "Mont Blanc Latte," a drink limited to the fall season. This dessert drink is made with homemade chestnut red bean paste, and offers a rich chestnut flavor and the melt-in-your-mouth feel of warabimochi. The price is 600 yen. It will be on sale from September 14 to December 6.
