The Nagano Nagano Nagano Purple Parfait is characterized by the flavor of fresh seasonal grapes. The freshness of the pulp and the refreshing sweetness and aroma of the granite are combined with the mild milkiness of the ice cream and cream. It contains hyaluronic acid julep.

Nagano Purple is a variety created in Nagano Prefecture from a cross between Kyoho and Rizamat, and is shipped from early September to mid-October. The grapes are purple-black in color with crisp flesh, high sugar content, and high juice content. The parfait is priced at 1,400 yen (tax included, same as below) for an individual item and 1,730 yen with a drink.
