EKI na CAFE White Dora Raisin Butter (on-chan) first appeared at last year's "NewDays Hokkaido Fair 2021. It was extremely popular from the time it was first released, and some stores even sold out. In the end, over 29,000 units were sold in 28 days.

It was produced by "Warakudo," a Sapporo-based store specializing in sweets made with Hokkaido ingredients. The special version of the white dorayaki is made with fresh butter cream and large raisins sandwiched between beautiful white dorayaki dough baked by hand and branded with the "on-chan" logo.
