Moist cocoa sponge made with rice flour, beet sugar, etc. is laid on the bottom, then strawberry mousse made with soy milk processed products is layered on top, and finally topped with soy milk whipped cream, strawberry compote and pistachios. The sweetness of the strawberry mousse is the base of the strawberry compote, and the sweet and sour taste of the strawberry compote enhances the overall flavor.
