Saki Yoken will introduce "Ekiben at Home Series Autumn Special: Mushroom Gohan Bento" from September 1 to November 30, 2012, available through mail order and at some roadside stores with refrigeration facilities. The price is 630 yen (tax included, same below).

From the frozen "Ekiben at Home" series developed to deliver Saki Yoken's ekiben nationwide, the "Mushroom Gohan Bento" will be available as a "Mushroom Gohan Bento" to savor the flavors of autumn.

The dish features flavorful mushroom rice cooked with maitake mushrooms, bunashimeji mushrooms, carrots, and deep-fried tofu, as well as "grilled salmon with seaweed salt," which offers the unique flavor and mild taste of seasonal autumn salmon and seaweed salt, "simmered tsukune with lotus root," a simple dish that offers the crispy texture of seasonal lotus root, "pork with lotus root," and "dried scallops from the Sea of Okhotsk" with Japanese pork and Two "old-fashioned shiomai" featuring the rich flavor of Japanese pork and dried scallops from the Sea of Okhotsk are included in the package.

The product is sold frozen and has a shelf life of 30 days, including the day of shipment. Shipping is free anywhere in Japan for purchases of 5,400 yen or more per package at one delivery address.
