A product recommended for a rich weekend "breakfast at home" in collaboration with Yamazaki Baking Pan, this is the first time that the company has collaborated with Mos Burger and Yamazaki Baking Pan on a new product, such as the " bread so rich you might not even need butter, " released in March 2021, and the " Mos Burger and Yamazaki Baking Pan," released in March 2022. This croissant can be lightly rebaked in a toaster for a delicious taste. The croissant is baked with 36 layers of dough with margarine with fermented butter folded in to create a crispy texture. Two types of croissants are available: "Anko" made with Hokkaido red beans and "Choco" made with chocolate containing 37% cacao. They have a robust flavor that goes well with café au lait or milk.
