Cocos will hold a "Shine Muscat Fair" on September 1, offering a sumptuous taste of seasonal Shine Muscats. Cocos in Toyama, Ishikawa, Fukui, Gifu, Shiga, Nara and Kyoto prefectures will start selling on September 2.

Cheinmuscat Parfait
This parfait is lavishly decorated with Shine Muscat, layered with cool colors such as clear natural water jelly and pale green muscat chocolate pudding. You can also enjoy refreshing muscat sorbet, smooth whipped cream, marshmallows that give a change in texture, and pink flakes that accentuate the color and texture. The aroma of elderflower syrup that spreads with each bite, and the chocolate that resembles elderflower flowers, invites butterflies, making this an enchanting dish. Priced at 979 yen (tax included, same below).
Shine Muscat Glass Parfait
A striking glass parfait with white chocolate butterflies, as if guided by the scent of elderflower syrup. As you eat your way through the muscat gelato, whipped cream, and plump natural water jelly, the sweet and elegant aroma of elderflower spreads. Price: 539 yen.
Muscat Gelato & Vanilla Ice Cream
Refreshing Muscat sherbet with Muscat aroma, vanilla ice cream, and Shine Muscat can be simply enjoyed. Price: 319 yen.
Shine Muscat & Fresh Fruit Plate
A plate of lush Shine Muscat, apples, bananas, and kiwi fruit served with Muscat gelato. Perfect as an after-dinner dessert. Price: 429 yen.
Blooming Cheyenne Muscat Tart
Crispy dough and Cheyenne muscats are a perfect match for this tart. First eat it as it is, and if you like, pour elderflower syrup in a dropper to enjoy the gorgeous change in taste. Price: 649 yen.
In addition, "Muscat Tea" will make its first appearance at the Cocos drink bar in September only.

Elderflower syrup is not used in "Shine Muscat & Fresh Fruit Plate" and "Muscat Gelato & Vanilla Ice Cream".
Muscat used in Muscat Tea, Gelato, Pudding and Sauce are not Shine Muscat.
