The "Salt & Camembert Cookie," the most popular product since its launch, is made with dough made from Hokkaido milk and Guerande salt from France and sandwiched with a chocolate plate of Camembert cheese, and the "Honey & Gorgonzola Cookie," made with dough kneaded with rosemary honey from Spain and sandwiched with a rich chocolate plate of Gorgonzola.
