Fruit tart specialty store KIR FEBBON has introduced a new special tart in the motif of a tiara to commemorate its 30th anniversary: "Tarte Tiara: Nagano Purple and Shine Muscat Tart.

A special tart in the shape of KIRFEVON's original tiara with specially selected fruits. Raisins soaked in noble rot wine are added to the custard cream to give it a deep flavor with a delightful texture. The whipped cream on top is also infused with noble rot wine for a gorgeous taste.

The topping is filled with two different types of grapes, each with a different appearance and taste. The "Cheyenne Muscat" has a gorgeous aroma, while the "Nagano Purple" has a rich sweetness from its dark purple skin. The combination of juicy grapes, aromatic custard cream, and lemon jelly is exquisite. This tart is sure to add a touch of color to any special occasion.


The price for one whole cake (17cm) is 11,880 yen (8% tax included). Cut cakes will not be sold. Limited quantities available each day. Due to the use of special tart molds, the number of cakes available is limited.

Delivery period is from September 1 to September 30. Delivery will be available at all Kirfevon stores. Sales are limited to online reservations only. No in-store same-day sales or telephone orders will be accepted.

Tarte Tiara

To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the company's founding in October 2021, a special tart with a tiara motif and a selection of the season's most delicious fruits will be available. So far, five types have been introduced: "specially selected crown melon," "specially selected strawberries and pistachios," "five kinds of brand strawberries," "specially selected mangoes from Miyazaki Prefecture," and "peaches and wasanbon cream. Among them, the "5 kinds of brand strawberries" became so popular that it was sold out right after the reservation started.
