Cafe COMSA "Peach and Shine Muscat Shortcake".

Cafe COMSA, which proposes artful cakes full of the Japanese four seasons using carefully selected seasonal delicious fruits from all over Japan's production areas and farms, will sell "Peach and Shine Muscat Shortcake. It will be on sale for two days, August 21 and 22.

Cafe comusa designates the 22nd of each month as "Shortcake Day. This was decided because the 15th is on the 22nd on the calendar and strawberries (15th) are on the 22nd.

Peach and Shine Muscat Shortcake

In August, in between the popular annual "Momo no Cake" and "Shine Muscat Cake" roll-out seasons, a luxurious shortcake that allows you to enjoy two very popular fruits at once will be available on Shortcake Day. Fresh and sweet peaches are combined with crispy and freshly fragrant Shine Muscat, and decorated with fresh cream on a fluffy sponge. The freshness and refreshing aroma of this shortcake will fill your mouth the moment you eat it. Priced at 1,500 yen per piece (tax included).
