New Salted Truffle Bread
The truffles and fermented butter are rolled and baked in a soft dough. The fermented butter is melted into the dough so that the moment you put it in your mouth, the butter aroma and truffle oil aroma spreads out.
To finish the bread, black truffle salt is sprinkled on top of the bread as an accent to make it even more truffle-like. The combination of the truffle with the simple salt bread gives it a luxurious taste.
The bread is made with the same hot water method as that used to make bread, and is crispy when freshly baked and soft and moist after a long time. The truffle flavor has been made to have less of a habitual taste, and it can be enjoyed by everyone from children to the elderly, according to the company.
