This is the first in a series of "frozen specialties" that are individually baked and finished by patissiers in a central kitchen in Tokyo and delivered frozen. The cheesecake is characterized by the ingredients that create a deep flavor and KIHACHIO's original formula, which has been adjusted down to 0.001g (0.04oz).

The appareil is made with rich Hokkaido cream cheese, couverture white chocolate, brightly scented Setouchi lemons, subtly scented yuzu, vanilla beans and tonka beans that produce a deep aroma and flavor, and is topped with crunchy lemon milk crumbles and almonds.
