New products "Look (Mont Blanc & Chestnut Kinton)" and "Country Ma'am (Red Angel)" using autumn ingredients from Fujiya's long-selling "Look" and "Country Ma'am" will be released on August 9. They will be available at supermarkets and convenience stores.

Look (Mont Blanc & Chestnut Kinton)", which uses Kumamoto Prefecture's "Kuma Chestnuts", will be released from "Look", which celebrated its 60th anniversary this year. Kuma chestnuts are a brand of Japanese chestnuts harvested in the Hitoyoshi and Kuma regions of Kumamoto Prefecture, one of the country's leading chestnut production areas. They are characterized by their good quality, sweetness, and rich flavor.


Visitors can enjoy a comparison of two chocolate flavors, "Mont Blanc" and "Chestnut Kinton", both of which are inspired by chestnut sweets. The Mont Blanc flavor is a milk chocolate with whipped cream and a sauce made from Kumamoto Prefecture Kuma chestnuts. The "Chestnut Kinton Flavor" is milk chocolate with chestnut cream using Kuma chestnuts produced in Kumamoto Prefecture.



The cute package features a Kumamon design on the surface with a chestnut in its arms, as well as on the inside and inside of the bag. The indicated inner capacity is 12 pieces, and the estimated price is 130 yen (including tax, the same below).

Country Ma'am (Red Angel)

The "Country Ma'am" is made from the "Benitenshi" brand of sweet potato. BENI TENSHI" is Potato Katsutsuka's original brand sweet potato made from "BENI HARUKA", which is characterized by its high sugar content, and aged for a certain period of time using a unique maturing technique. When baked, the sugar content increases even more, and the moist texture can be enjoyed.


Red Angel is kneaded into the moist dough inside, and sweet chocolate chips are combined into this baked Country Ma'am. When heated in a microwave oven or toaster, you can enjoy the dense, sweet baked sweet potato flavor.
