Ingredient-less Rice Buns (Big Salt Musubi)

This is the second product in the "No Filling" series, following the " No Filling Man" with only the skin of a Chinese bun, which went on sale in March of this year. This is the brainchild of Mr. Hayashi, the creator of the "Dare Bento" series, which has sold over 2 million units (as of the end of June 2022).

The "Ingredient-less Rice Buns (Large Salted Musubi)" are a set of two rice buns that can be enjoyed by sandwiching your favorite ingredients between them. You can freely arrange them to create and enjoy your own original rice burger. Before sandwiching the ingredients, it is recommended to lightly brown the buns to add a savory flavor. The rice buns are salted and can be enjoyed as a "salted rice ball" without any ingredients.

LAWSON STORE100 also sells side dishes and prepared foods that go perfectly with the rice burger. Mr. Hayashi, the inventor of the idea, recommends sandwiching canned "VL Yakitori (Yakitori with eggs)" and topping it with mayonnaise and shichimi (seven spice flavors). For a more savory taste, spread a thin layer of soy sauce on the bun and grill it.

We also recommend putting "VL Kaisen Kakiage", a LAWSON STORE100 original frozen food, between the buns. The side dish "Kinpira Gobo" also goes well with rice.
