Tuna Big Cutlet

On sale on July 13. This product is a collaboration with "Big Cutlet," a long-selling product from SUGURU Co. The nostalgic taste that has been loved for many years by fans of all ages is reproduced in a cutlet made of tuna, making the most of Sushiro's unique characteristics.


The tuna used in the "Tuna Big Cutlet" is made from the stringy part of the tuna. This is because the stringy parts become juicy when heated.

The flavor of the tuna is preserved while several spices and sauces are used to create the special sauce flavor of the Big Katsu. The tuna cutlets are deep-fried in the restaurant upon order, so you can enjoy crispy and juicy tuna cutlets. The spicy seasoning goes well with beer and other alcoholic beverages.

The price is 110 yen (tax included). The service will end as soon as it is sold out.
