Rokkatei has announced on its official website that "Hana no Necklace" is the newest sweet from Rokkatei. It is a baked sweet with the taste of plum syrup and marron glacé. A combination with fresh cream will be available at some stores and other locations. The selling price is 180 yen per piece (tax included).

Rokkatei Flower Necklace

The brioche dough soaked in syrup of "golden plum," a ripe plum produced in Fukui Prefecture with a mellow aroma, is said to be covered with butter cream with marron glacé.

It is available at all Rokkatei stores. Rokkatei also offers a combination of the flower necklace and whipped cream at the stores where the cake is sold and at the "coffee shop" attached to some of the stores.
