Demand for eating out is said to be recovering this year. With the desire to bring a variety of tastes to more people, we are focusing on the development of Matsuya's signature dish, "Beef Meal" in particular.

Under such circumstances, we have decided to launch nationwide sales this summer of "Kim-Gobo Salad Beef Meal" and "Bibin Beef Meal," which combine Matsuya's own Fujiyama Kimchi and Kinpira Gobo (burdock root).

The "Kim Gobo Salad Beef Meal" is, as the name suggests, a beef rice dish with a generous portion of classic kimchi and mayonnaise-seasoned kinpira gobo (burdock root). Bibim Gyubimeshi" is a dish that combines kimchi and kinpira gobo (burdock root) cooked in a sweet and spicy gochujang (red pepper paste)-based sauce. The rich flavor of mayonnaise and gochujang, and the crunchy texture of the burdock root can be enjoyed in this new type of salad beef rice.
