Pork (ton) ginger-yaki donburi

Ton Ginger-yaki Donburi is a bowl of rice topped with a bowl of ginger-yaki, a staple at the dinner table. Sukiya's special sauce with a fresh ginger aroma is made with oyster sauce, white pepper, miso (soybean paste), and tamari soy sauce as secret ingredients. The rich sauce is intertwined with the flavorful pork and crispy onions, and goes perfectly with the hot rice.

The "Ton Ginger Yaki Bowl" is priced at 580 yen for a normal portion, 730 yen for 1.5 times a portion, and 830 yen for a large portion. The "Ton Ginger Yaki Donburi Salad Set" (+190 yen), which includes a salad and miso soup, is also recommended.
