KINOKUNIYA "Anmitsu Pudding

Anmitsu" and "pudding", a summer tradition, are crossed to create a cool and refreshing dessert with layers of cool flavors. It is characterized by the use of ingredients such as Tokachi azuki bean paste, kanoko, and Japanese summer oranges.

The smooth and refreshing "An-Pudding" is made with only sweetened bean paste, milk, cream, sugar, and agar, and the "Anmitsu" is made with agar and gyuuhi from Sanukiya in Takadanobaba, Tokyo, a long-established shop founded in 1914. Anmitsu pudding is a combination of "Anmitsu" made with agar and gyuhi from Sanukiya in Takadanobaba, Tokyo. Anmitsu pudding is generally available at all KINOKUNIYA stores, with a few exceptions.
