Sushiro and tea brand Lipton have collaborated to create the "Fruit in Tea Parfait (White Peach & Mango). Fruit in Tea Parfait (White Peach & Mango)" will be on sale for a limited time.

Sushiro "Fruit in Tea Parfait (White Peach & Mango)

A collaboration between the "Sushiro Cafe Club" and Lipton will be available at all Sushiro stores nationwide for a limited time starting June 29 (excluding Sushiro To Go stores).

The "Fruit in Tea Parfait (White Peach & Mango)" consists of black tea jelly and black tea granita, both made with Lipton's black tea, as the base of the parfait, while the mixed sorbet on top is made with mango puree, white peach juice and lemon juice. The top of the parfait is made of mango puree, white peach juice, lemon juice, and a sauce with white peach pulp. The top of the parfait is topped with white peach compote, whipped cream, lemon and frozen strawberries.

The black tea jelly is low in sweetness and offers the flavor and umami of black tea, while the black tea granita, which offers the rich aromatic taste of black tea and reduces the astringency of the tea leaves, and the fruits used in abundance are the specialties of the tea. The smooth texture of the jelly, the crunchy texture of the granita, and the juicy taste of the fruit provide a variety of textures and aromas.

Price: 385 yen (tax included). Not available for take-out. Items and prices differ at some stores. The second collaboration product is scheduled to go on sale on July 22.
