Ministop will sell "Golden Hamburger Steak (Demi-glace Sauce)" which is blended in the golden ratio considered to be the most delicious and grilled in a special way. The product will go on sale on June 22. The price is 278.64 yen (tax included, same below).

Golden hamburger steak with demi-glace sauce

After repeated prototyping and research, we have pursued a cooking condition that prevents the hamburger from becoming hard even after a long time. You can enjoy an authentic restaurant-like flavor. The beef:pork ratio is 7:3, and the high-temperature teppan grilling process creates an authentic teppan-yaki hamburger steak. The optional rich demi-glace sauce is added for a restaurant-like finish.

Also on sale is "Kogane Demi-glace Hamburger Steak Bento. This bento features a golden hamburger steak (demi-glace sauce). Side dishes include fried chicken, fried egg, and boiled komatsuna. The price is 537.84 yen.


The "Golden Hamburger Steak" is sold as a stand-alone dish with its own sauce. The bento "Golden Hamburger" is sold with sauce.
