KKD "Tanabata Box (3 pieces)"

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts (KKD) will sell "Tanabata Box (3 pieces)" for Tanabata Festival from June 27 to July 7. Excluding events and retail stores other than KKD stores.

KKDJ's first doughnut featuring the motif of Orihime and Hikoboshi, the star goddesses of the Tanabata Festival, which is one of the most popular summer festivals in Japan, will make its debut. The Tanabata Box (3 pieces) is an 11-day limited edition doughnut box featuring doughnuts with the image of Orihime and Hikoboshi, who meet only once a year on July 7, and colorful chocolate sprinkles that look like twinkling stars. The price including tax is 842 yen (858 yen eat-in).

Orihime and Hikoboshi are doughnuts with fluffy dough layered with milky white chocolate and a gentle smiley face in bitter chocolate. The faces are filled with gently sweet custard cream with vanilla beans, and finished with a pink heart for Orihime and a yellow star-shaped chocolate plate for Hikoboshi.

Orihime and Hikoboshi doughnuts are not sold individually.
