This year's Curry Festival lineup includes the new "Cheese Curly Dog," the re-released "Shrimp Curly Bread," and the standard item "Katsu Curly Bread. The original curry sauce, jointly developed with Shinjuku Nakamuraya, features a deep, spicy flavor made from carefully selected spices.

Cheese Curry Dog

Komeda Coffee Shop's special dog bread is filled with sausage, curry sauce, and topped with a generous amount of cheese. In addition to the original curry sauce, the special sauce is made with more than 10 spices, slow-fried onions, carrots, apples, dates, and ground beef and pork, simmered, and finished with bouillon and Worcestershire sauce. The spicy curry sauce is combined with the richness of hot cheese, sausage juices, and the flavor of slowly simmered vegetables and fruits, resulting in a spiciness that is followed by a mild sweetness. A mouthwatering dish that is hard to stop after just one bite. Prices range from 580 yen to 640 yen including tax.
