Although the dough is thin, it has a crunchy texture. It is so chewy that you can hear the sound. The taste is spicier than expected. You can feel the spiciness on your tongue along with the flavor of squid and cod roe, and the richness of mayonnaise. The aftertaste is somewhat refreshing, not only because of the spiciness of the chili pepper, but also because of the yuzu and sansho (Japanese pepper) flavors. It is a deep taste with the flavors of various ingredients condensed in one bite.
