Kusefuku Shoten "Menbei: Aromatic Seven-Spice Mayonnaise Sauce Style" (Japanese only)

Although the dough is thin, it has a crunchy texture. It is so chewy that you can hear the sound. The taste is spicier than expected. You can feel the spiciness on your tongue along with the flavor of squid and cod roe, and the richness of mayonnaise. The aftertaste is somewhat refreshing, not only because of the spiciness of the chili peppers, but also because of the yuzu and sansho (Japanese pepper) flavors. It is a deep taste with the flavors of various ingredients condensed in one bite.

The dough, mixed with green onion greens, has a crunchy texture. The rich and delicious flavor of Shinshu miso spreads through the dough, and the aroma of kujo-negi (green onion) escapes into the nose. The sweet and sour taste makes you miss white rice. The spiciness that comes in slightly afterwards is addictive.
