This is one of the limited-time flavors of the "-196℃ Strong Zero" series, a canned chu-hi that goes well with meals. It is characterized by its strong, fruity taste, zero purine (less than 0.5mg per 100ml (3.38us fl oz)) and zero sugar (less than 0.5g (0.18oz) per 100ml (3.38us fl oz)).

Suntory's proprietary "-196°C process" for macerating grapes is used. Grapes are flash-frozen using liquid nitrogen, etc., and crushed into powder form, and then soaked in sake while maintaining their freshness and flavor.

The grape juice is then added to the sake, which has an alcohol content of 9%. The package features an illustration of a fresh white grape to represent the contents.
